Ellen Hardaker, MDS Coordinator

I have lived in East Troy all my life and have been in the health care field since 1982, working first as a nursing assistant in East Troy, then as a floor nurse for years. I have had the opportunity to explore many avenues of nursing, including hospital and other nursing facilities and working with developmentally challenged clients.

I returned to East Troy full time in 2005 when I accepted the challenges of MDS coordinator. I enjoy the small family atmosphere and team of caring professionals here. We have been privileged to touch the lives of many residents and families throughout the years, including several of my own relatives.
