Born and raised in East Troy, I remember how excited the town was when they started the construction of the nursing home in the 1970's. I helped with fund raising events for the home as a child and our youth group at church would make Easter baskets and hand deliver them to residents. That is what started my love elderly care. It takes so little to brighten someone's day, and you get so much in return.

In 2002, I became a Certified Nursing Assistant and started here. After furthering my education I have been promoted to our CBRF unit, Unit Secretary, and now Human Resources Manager. East Troy Manor gives me the opportunity to feel good about coming to work every day, and over the years the staff and residents have become my second family!
