We are a small, family style 50 bed retirement facility in East Troy Wisconsin, established in 1977. Formerly known as "Kiwanis Manor", we are both a licensed Medicare and Medicaid Certified
Skilled Nursing facility and a Community Based Residential Facility.
East Troy Manor is a facility where residents and families feel comfortable and at home. Come in and visit the facility and its beautiful outdoor areas. A restorative program is offered for our long term residents. We strive to maintain our residents physical abilities and improve their quality of life.
